1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trip, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. SafarWithAman ("we," "our," "us," or "Rahul Travels") reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the specified advance payment.
  • The remaining balance must be paid prior to the commencement of the journey, as communicated during the booking process.
  • We accept payments via standard banking channels, UPI, and approved payment gateways.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is structured to be as fair as possible:

  • 30+ days before departure: 100% refund of the advance amount (excluding processing fees).
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
  • In case the trip is canceled by SafarWithAman due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions), a full refund or an alternative trip date will be provided.

4. Participant Responsibilities

All travelers are required to carry valid government-issued ID proofs. Travelers must adhere to the itinerary and timings provided by the trip captain. Any individual displaying disruptive, abusive, or dangerous behavior may be removed from the trip without any refund.

5. Liability & Risk

Adventure travel, treks, and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. While we prioritize safety, SafarWithAman (and Rahul Travels) shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense resulting from unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or third-party service failures (such as hotel cancellations or transport breakdowns).

6. Modifications to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the trip itinerary, routes, accommodations, or transport at our discretion to ensure the safety and comfort of our travelers, especially in response to weather conditions, road blocks, or operational challenges.
